PSFCA East West All Star Game

PSFCA East West All Star Game

Held Annually on Last Saturday of June

The AMCVB, along with the Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association, Altoona Area School District and several of our members, formed a partnership in 2001 to develop the PSFCA East West All Star Game. This event annually brings 68 of Pennsylvania’s finest athletes to BlairCounty for a celebration of the state’s high school football talent and tradition. The East-West Game has grown into one of the premier high school sporting events in the state of Pennsylvania. Alumni of this game have appeared on college and NFL rosters, and in 2008, the game celebrated its first graduate to play in the Super Bowl.

The Game continues to grow at lightning speed, and is a great way for AMCVB members to reach new customers while helping to promote The Alleghenies Region as a prime sporting destination. The Game includes a full week of events with wide spread media coverage.
